  • Name and email address (when signing up for updates or backing our campaign)

  • Shipping address (for reward delivery)

  • Pledge amount and transaction reference (processed by Kickstarter / Stripe)

  • IP address and browser data (for security and analytics)

 

3.2 Newsletter

  • Email address

  • First name (optional, for personalisation)

  • Date and time of sign-up and confirmation (double opt-in)

 

3.3 App Account / Profile

  • Email address and username

  • Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form only — we never see your plain-text password)

  • Gameplay data and App preferences

  • Device identifiers (for session management and support)

 

4. No Advertising Data

We do not display advertising in the App. We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketers. We do not sell your personal data.

 

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing your order/pledge and delivering rewards.

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Newsletter subscription; you may withdraw consent at any time.

We enter into data processing agreements with all processors where required by GDPR.
